Science Fair is coming up and Jim decides to dump his best-robot-obsessed friend and do a project with a girl.  They are going to study river otters.  No robots for him this time.  Everything is great until they discover a creepy junkyard.  Something is living in that junkyard and the rusty fences are not going to keep it contained.

Kurtis Scaletta is the author of several other books who writes books that are magically real with humor and just enough scariness to keep the reader enthralled.  The Winter of the Robots gives the reader humor mixed with spine tingling scariness.
