A Madness of Angels

Kate Griffin

Matthew Swift woke up in his bed┬álike he usually would any given day, except this time he hadn’t been asleep…he’d been dead for two years. It was no mistake, those who had seen him last reported seeing his corpse, with a giant hole gouged out of his chest.

So what now? He has no memory of what happened before or after his death, or of who or what caused it. He has no money, no possessions, his home is now owned by someone else, and many of the people he could turn to for help are dead. What’s a newly resurrected sorcerer to do? He can give up and try to salvage what he can from the ruins of his life, he can get mad, or he can get even.
