End of Watch by Stephen King
This sci-fi thriller follows private investigator Bill Hodges pursuing Brady Hartsfield known as Mr. Mercedes. Mr. Mercedes committed a mass murder by running his Mercedes through a crowd of people, and getting away. Then he tried to blow up a convert pack with teenagers, though Bill Hodges thwarted those plans and put him in a vegetative state. Now, in the third installment of this series, Brady Hartsfield sits in a Hospital, though Hodges suspects him to be behind these suicides occurring and will pursue Hartsfield until his time runs out since he is diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer. Will This investigator defeat his life-long nemesis, or with time run out on him?
